We are looking for an Internal Recruiter on our Business Development team to join our organization. The Internal Recruiter n is responsible for supporting the recruiting department’s efforts aimed at attracting and securing new independent financial advisors to Atria Wealth Solutions.

Location: This position may be HYBRID out of one the following home office locations:

  • Houston, TX: 11740 Katy Freeway, Energy Tower III Ste 600, 77079
  • San Diego, CA: 10150 Meanley Drive, San Diego 92131
  • Syracuse, NY: 100 Madison Street, 13202
  • Remote – USA for the right candidate

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $60,000 - 65,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.

What you will do:

  • Collaborating with Managing Director and Executive Director to implement business strategies
  • Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork
  • Planning, coordinating Quarterly Sales Meetings.
  • Creating and editing preliminary and final Offer Letters to Candidates.
  • Support potential recruits and recruiting department personnel with submitting and accurately completing required due diligence paperwork; and coordinate with Compliance team as needed for any potential follow up items.
  • Coordinate the Rep Review Process on behalf of all new advisors joining the Atria organization
  • Managing Third Party Recruiter Contracts and Invoicing as needed
  • Coordinating the Managing Director and Executive Director’s time, scheduling meetings and events
  • Responding to inquiries on behalf of the Managing Director and Executive Director
  • Providing tactical support to implement ideas
  • Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
  • Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideas to implementation
  • Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes
  • Assessing risk when business decisions are made
  • Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
  • Planning, coordinating and leading meetings and workshops
  • Identifying and providing recommendations on improvements across the organization
  • Support recruiting department’s personnel
  • Assist the Recruiting Department with special projects or assignments that will improve the function of the department.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned by the manager.

Must haves:

  • Outstanding project management background
  • Experience in planning successful events
  • Skilled in managing and coordinating projects
  • Ability to apply dynamic resolutions for solving complex problems
  • Skilled in developing and managing relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical skills and business acumen
  • Ability to anticipate and take action before problems arise
  • Mature, patient, and professional attitude to handle stress and fast-paced work environment
  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Financial services experience and/or Business Development experience.
